The End Is No End

The end is no end.

Throughout life we sense the past,

A time before our time,

We call it deja vu.

We’ve been here,

We’ve met before,

But we cannot place when or where.

Is this just a sense

Or a glimpse into a time before our time.

Could we not be going round-and-round,

Traveling time until we get it right,

Coming back and back

Until we perfect our journey?

Perhaps God requires us to earn our right

To join him in Heaven,

Learning over the centuries and lifetimes

The things only time can teach.

We are flawed creatures,

Attracted to sin,

Given to the allure of its pleasures.

Like children, we must learn our lessons

Under the tutelage of God,

Before we can be admitted into His

Kingdom of Heaven.

You Non-believers

You non-believers

What will it take for you to

Realize the truth

There are things beyond this world

That none of us can explain

Demons, shadow men

Ghosts lost in between the worlds

This is nothing new

Look back to antiquity

They existed before Christ

To Believe or Not

To believe or not

Is a question of one’s faith

As it’s always been.

We can never know for sure

Until we leave this body,

Whether their is more

Or if this is all there is.

So…what will it be?

There’s Nothing To Fear

There’s nothing to fear

Death cannot hostage my soul

For it’s immortal

Born and reborn many times

Until reaching perfection

When it is released

Into the Lord’s loving hands

The Angel of Death

The Angel of Death
With us at our time of birth
Decides when we leave
This is not man’s decision
Unless there’s no God above
Perhaps there isn’t
Perhaps we aren’t watched over
And we are alone
How very sad that would be
If Heaven was pure fiction

This Walk Amongst The Dead

This walk amongst the dead.

This dance with mortality.

Partnered with those that believe they will live forever.

Gathering, greedily hoarding every last cent

They race to the pinnacle of their professions

At the expense of those they deem competition,

Trampling anyone who gets in their way.

Fattened as the calf bank accounts swell as do their bellies.

Designer clothes and jewelry adorn their swollen vessels.

No thought do they give to the rest of humanity;

Their fellow man is but an impedance to future success.

They have no time for them,

No time for their mates nor their children,

No time for their brothers and sisters that share this earth.

What is their endgame?

When is enough, enough?

They don’t realize that they are already dead,

Dead to the world, their mates and their children.

Paupers as they were at birth

With their final blink there will be no wealth,

No grand houses,

No designer clothes,

No jewelry;

No one will weep on their pine box.

When the last shovel-full of dirt is thrown on their grave

They will be utterly alone, naked and penniless

–Before their Maker.
