Birds are rather carefree. Though I heard that some species are very susceptible to heart attacks from any amount of stress.

I can’t say that I am any authority on birds, so I suppose that stress in some species could easily kill them.

I have come across this earlier: “I’ve got 99 problems and 86 of them are completely made up scenarios in my head that I’m stressing about for absolutely no logical reason…”
Worry kills what little joy life provide’s us with..I wonder, is there a way out?

I guess the only advice would be to not worry about the little things, they are not life and death. Of course this is easier to day than to do sometimes. I’m so glad you like my tanka. Be well my friend. :)
