I suppose something would be better than nothing as I don’t even have nightmares anymore. I can’t remember the last time I woke up and even recalled a part of a dream, it must be years now. I find it very bizarre. Reply

Mine do it all the time, I never have any recollection of ever dreaming during sleep. It seems to be quite unusual, but maybe I’m wrong. Reply

Maybe your dreams know that you need rest? Mine do that sometimes.
