Good point. We do have the freedom of speech, but I think a lot of people forget that it doesn’t mean everything SHOULD be said. There are consequences for actions after all.
Absolutely, in my humble opinion, just because you can say something doesn’t mean that you should. The “Prophet Mohammad Cartoon Contest” in Texas prompted me to write this. Yes, they have the right to do what they did under freedom of speech, but it doesn’t mean that you should and if you do, be prepared for the consequences of your words and actions. Thanks Carol.
Thank you Holly, I certainly would never want to take away ones freedom of speech, but one must know that there are times that it comes with consequences and unfortunately there are times where violence is said consequence. I too do not condone it, but it is a reality unfortunately.

That is exactly the point Charles…the word “SHOULD” is key to the entire thing. Thanks my friend.
You’re welcome. 🙂
Be sure brain is engaged before putting mouth into gear! 🙂

Thank you Dominic!
My pleasure Mary and thank you. 🙂
Every sentence needs to start with respect towards others!
I could not agree more my friend.
Great post. Not justifying violence ever, but surely one should not antagonize, that is just pouring fuel on the fire. Thank you Dom.

So true
Thank you so much Holly.
“land of the free”… is gone! 😦
I agree and no one is to blame but us, we allowed it to happen whether we know it or not.
