It makes me sad. I used to think that the phrase “everyone here is stupid” could only be applied to fiction, and the occasional really awful news story…
But of course, then the people IN CHARGE go and give a textbook example of how to be completely bone-headed… *sigh* times like this I wish I drank…
It is amazing isn’t it, I think we are going backwards instead of forwards…oh and a drink sounds good right now. Thank you for the comment, its nice to know that I’m not alone in my disappointment.
Agreed… *sigh*… I mean, with the complete partisan split it was only a matter of time before something like this happened… doesn’t make it any easier, though.

It is a rich topic, that unfortunately is making the country ever so poor. I too have a piece that will have to wait till tax time. A little something about Uncle Sam’s greed! Thanks for reminding me that it is still on the back burner.

When are they going to get their act together, soon it will be too late.
That certainly seems like the case. This is what happens when politicians act in their own self-interest instead of that of their constituents.

It certainly does and if it is its just getting in the way. Nothing is getting done and the American people are suffering because of it.
