I suppose this type of behavior is a reality that will never be fixed.
So much comes into play such as values etc.
I couldn’t agree more, I can’t imagine hurting another human being like that, very sad indeed.
It does happen unintentionally too however and that is sometimes a symptom there is a problem. But it is refreshing to hear a man say this, My ex and I have our reasons to be apart but that was one thing we totally respected in our 24 yrs of marriage.
I do realize it happens unintentionally sometimes, I also realize that things happen where couples just “grow apart” especially when they marry very young, but even in unintentional situations one still has the ability to say no, but chooses not to. Trust in marriage is an absolute cornerstone which in my view must be honored. Others may feel differently since this is only one mans opinion.
Well you don’t need to convince the converted:) that was one thing I could not budge on in any serious relationship. And yes, we can avoid it…”don’t tempt the devil” sort of {grins}
Ahhh! Temptation, there is the word I was looking for. :)
haha…sometimes we lead ourselves into that direction
I suppose that at times we do…unfortunately although I guess unhappiness can lead to bad decisions.
