    Yes! and sleep when our bodies say sleep, eat what we crave etc etc ;-)

    Good question. Guess it depends on what our nature is. Some people probably should resist their inner voices.

      I suppose that if the inner voice is proposing the commitment of some act of evil then ignoring the inner voice would be the preferred choice.

        Yeah. Some of those inner voices are disturbing. Though I’m sure most of them involve breaking diets and jaywalking.
