Thank you Jen. I actually wrote this tanka months ago and it has been just sitting there waiting to be posted so with all that has been going on I figured now was as good a time as any.
Even a perfect system would work imperfectly because it would be run by imperfect people.
You are exactly right…now if we could just take people out of the equation…
