Fickle Wind Doth Blow (Tanka)

Fickle wind doth blow

Leaving carnage in its path

Twisted metal–wood

Like a house of playing cards

Left as chaotic rubble

Out here we have these things they call microbursts which many times are as powerful as small isolated hurricanes including the rain and gale-force winds. I assume that is what happened to us, but I don’t know for sure as I was out of town.
