No winner. Sometimes life is like that. :-)

That is certainly true for most things, but this journey that we are on has been going ongoing for almost a thousand years and has never concluded with anything but a draw. There will never be anything that can be considered a win when it comes to terrorism for you can kill people, but you can never completely defeat an ideology.
