Yes, my family all went outside to see it, it was truly amazing. I’m sorry you missed it Robin.
I heard a tale , if tale it be, that Columbus rused the natives to feed all his crew else he would decree that the moon would darken and turn blood red, the next day all the sailors were promptly fed. I do not know! ; )

For those of us with our feet still on the ground, it’s a regular Monday. It rained here last night–more lightning and thunder than blood moon.
It was very cool to see, we don’t get much rain here in Arizona so being able to see it wasn’t an issue at all. Other than that, I don’t really think it has any significance though some might beg to differ.
