People who don’t feel or sense His presence, may not be seeking in nature, faces of innocent children or simple, kind elderly people. It is not His place to find us, but ours to seek God/Allah/Mother Nature/Budda or other Higher Being, Dom.
You are correct, He/She is here for us to find it we are just willing to open our hearts and minds to see.
