i retreat quite a bit. sometimes when I am taking a shower, walking Pee or just lying on the floor – this has become a favorite, as of late:) I drive home and lie on the floor with Pee, If for only a few minutes. Reply
That’s good, sometimes just those few minutes is all it takes. I guess everyone just needs to find what works for them. :) Reply
Stepping away can be very mentally cleansing. Think people need to do that more often.

Yep…we all need that time. It is harder to commit to then ever. But we do need it.
