I live in the desert now, but grew up along the ocean and that is the one thing that I do miss. Thank you so much for reading my poems Mirada, I really do appreciate it.
I don’t know if I could “do” the desert, though I’ve seen beautiful photos–I guess it’s an acquired taste, just like where I live–Seattle–some folks have trouble getting used to the long rainy season; I rather like it, unless I have to go out!
The desert is an acquired taste, but it is rather beautiful especially this time of year. My oldest daughter wants to move to Seattle after she finishes college, but we will have to wait and see. :)
Oh wow, I love this–and I love sandcastles as well–I have 2 on my windowsill. They help, as I can’t get to the beach anymore.

Beautiful Dom…loved this one!
Thank you my friend, I’m glad that you enjoyed it. :)
:-) I did indeed!
Ahh if only we could slow it down!
I couldn’t agree more, but alas it is not to be.
Very nice quote for a Friday, thank you. MM 🍀

Thank you so much Skye. :)
