it is said (i am paraphrasing) that many great things come in little packages – a haiku, tanka – they are like little packages. I just read a paiku earlier:) Did not know a paiku exists!

I was going to try and be my usual, funny self and say to relax, it was probably just your cat brushing up against you, not an angel … but that would detract from your poem too much. It is lovely Dominic, a really great visual through your words and I especially liked the last line. Nice to imagine our souls can be salvaged.
The humor would have been fine, I have 5 dogs so maybe it really was one of them. I get confused sometimes. :) Thanks for the read, as always it is most appreciated.
