“A little more time”
The prayer with each passing day…
With every second
Until it runs out
Watching hopes–dreams fade away

Yes please! I need one day extra per day the coming week….
‘Tis the season, I think we all could. :)

Dom – I enjoy and deeply resonate to so much of what you write and share here. I have nominated you for a Versatile Blogger Award. It is up to you to choose to respond. If you do, here is information on the VBA. http://versatilebloggeraward.wordpress.com/vba-rules/
Thank you very much for the mention and the nomination, I appreciate this with all my heart. I hope however that you won’t be offended that I decline the nomination. I have not accepted any for the better part of a year, not because I don’t appreciate them because I do, but because I receive enough just from people reading, liking and commenting on my poetry. Again, thank you so much my friend for the kind gesture. :)
It is certainly your choice and I completely understand it! My goal is to introduce my readers to you and the lovely expressions of your heart. ;)
Thank you so much for understanding, I always feel bad about this because I really am honored. :)
It makes me think of those who are running out of time, wishing that they had done something different. It reminds me of the bucket list idea.
So many thoughts brought on by such a short poem.
Wonderful!
Thank you, I agree with your ideas regarding the bucket list, I think that every day should be lived as though it were our last, although at times that is easier to say than to do. I personally have been working very hard to change my ways…the struggle continues.
Too true. My Mum and I were only just saying the other day that we were wishing our lives away, waiting for this day to come and that. We should take our own advice and live each day, but as you said, that is harder than it sounds :-/
So true, I think we need to make a concerted effort to live that way. :)
