Sitting In Judgement – A Tanka

To sit in judgement

Of what lives in other’s minds

Is best left to God

For without omnipotence

Who am I to throw a stone

  1. Enjoyed this Dom… and I wish I could be like this… I try to be non-judgemental. but every now and then someone’s actions and their behaviour causes me to judge them… there are some lines that shouldn’t be crossed in my mind and when they are that is when I tend to judge. Anything that is done that I perceive as malicious that causes harm and I find myself reaching for that stone…especially where children and those that cannot protect themselves is concerned…also those that would make a joke of a very serious issue… I would like to be the bigger man, but unfortunately I cannot always be so…
