Beautifully said, and so true. Sometimes I wish there were an obvious glow, like a halo maybe, around “greatness”–and then other times, I’m almost convinced I actually DO see it.
Oh my gosh, I had no idea–thank you so very much for the lovely honor. You see, my dreams are not for fame or fortune, or even love–but being the Muse now and again, ohhhh that is very nice!
It was all my pleasure and if you come by a little fame and fortune, then well…it has been a good day. :)
If fame and fortune arrive, I’ll be very generous of heart to share–we do nothing in this life, alone.
I too believe I would be generous especially to those in need. Nothing of this world can be taken with us when we leave so it is our obligation to put it to good use while we are here.
Always loved the ostrich metaphor. It seems to be true for so many people.

Our conversation last night inspired me to write this one, you Mirada were my muse. Thank you.

Sadly, I’ve had my moments as well. :)

So true
Thank you very much.
I love how the ostriches have their heads in the sand AND it is dark. That is a many-layered image.
Thank you very much, I’m glad that you liked it. :)
