So true. Most people think an act of kindness has to be big, but even something as small as giving someone a dollar can change things.
You are absolutely correct, I often give dollars away (when I have cash on me) to people on highway off-ramps as an example. I figure if they are scamming me then “oh well” it was only a dollar, but if they legitimately needed the money then I hope that I helped them at least a little bit. :)

Yes, I would like to believe that it does. We may never know what it was, but that is okay, one human being helping another is thanks enough for me. :)
