You bet, I can get in a fight ( in my past not now) and the lip would heal and really I wouldn´t think much about it, but words…. those can hunt you if you let it that is, and I myself have said certain things to certain people that I love but my words were like daggers
Charly, I’m sorry that I didn’t get this comment earlier, I found it in my spam folder. Anyway, I suppose that we all have used words that were taken as daggers, it is just human nature. We tend, many times, to speak before we think.
